The Alp Living Apartments are located at Kirchstraße 24–26 in 6091 Götzens, in the health resort of Götzens on the sunny plateau above Innsbruck. You can reach Innsbruck city centre in around 15 minutes, the Axamer Lizum ski area in around 14 minutes and the Nordkettenbahn in around 16 minutes.
Alp Living offers 17 serviced apartments for 2 to 6 people: 6 Garden Apartments on the ground floor with a private garden, 7 Terrace Apartments on the first floor with a balcony and 4 Penthouse Apartments on the second floor with a roof terrace. Living areas range from 49 to 75 m².
Yes. One free parking space in the underground garage is available per booked apartment. Entry is via the speed lane with licence plate recognition, and the maximum entry height is 2.10 metres. For electric cars, there are up to four EV charging stations, controlled via app.
Yes, pets such as dogs are welcome upon prior request. Please state the animal in the “Remarks” field when booking. The fee is €15 per pet per night.
