Arrival & parking
Arrive stress-free and make use of our on-site check-in car park, which is located directly beneath your apartment in Götzens near Innsbruck and is included in the price. Thanks to our Speedlane with number plate recognition, there’s no need to take a ticket – simply drive in without any waiting time. Please note the height limit of 2.1 metres.
Check in
From the underground car park, you can easily reach the 24/7 check-in terminal by lift or stairs. Once there, enter your booking reference to complete check-in.
Collect your key card & check in
Once you’ve checked in, the terminal will print out your key card – and you’re ready to move into your holiday apartment in Tyrol and enjoy your stay!

How does the 24/7 self check-in work, step by step?
After booking online, you will receive your booking confirmation with your booking code by email. You drive through the speed lane into the underground garage, take the lift or the stairs to the check-in terminal, enter your booking number and receive your key card printed from the terminal.
What is the difference between online check-in and terminal check-in?
With online check-in, you conveniently submit your name and address from home via the link in your booking confirmation. With terminal check-in, you enter your booking number, name and address on site at the check-in terminal. In both cases, you collect your key card at the terminal.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, around the clock with no fixed reception hours. Earlier check-in is possible subject to availability for an additional charge. Check-out is by 10:00 am; late check-out is possible on request for a fee.
How can I pay for self check-in?
You can pay by bank transfer, online or by credit card.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Alp Living does not currently offer luggage storage. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
