Our largest apartment, the Terrace Apartment T8, extends over 74 m² and is ideal for up to 6 people.
Each accommodation boasts a modern design, an open-plan kitchen and a harmoniously connected living and dining area. A separate workspace ensures maximum flexibility. A cozy bedroom with a spacious double bed, a high-quality bathroom and artistic wallpaper and textiles give the rooms a warm, inviting atmosphere. Wooden furniture and a coordinated color scheme complete the stylish ambience.

A private parking space in our underground garage is included in the price of your apartment. Up to four charging stations are available for e-car drivers, which can be controlled via app. You will find the QR code for the app on the charging stations in the underground garage. So you can charge your e-car conveniently at any time.

The 7 Terrace Apartments (T1, T2, T3, T5, T6, T7, T8) are located on the first floor and have a private balcony with views of the Tyrolean mountains as well as a private entrance. They accommodate 2 to 6 people and can be booked from €135 per person per night.
Terrace Apartment T1 has 49 m² and is designed for 2 to 4 people. The largest apartment, Terrace T8, has 74 m² and is suitable for up to 6 people.
Yes. A free ski room is available for ski, snowboard and cross-country equipment, and you can store bicycles free of charge in the bike room. A bike service station with bike shower, compressed air and tools is available around the clock. After your tour, you can relax in the in-house sauna.
Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. SPAR (Kirchstraße 28) and MPreis (Burgstraße 60) are just a few minutes away in Götzens. Alternatively, the shopping service will do your grocery shopping before your arrival (small shop €20, large shop €40, plus cost of goods).
